City Digz is one of the newest and hippest resale stores located at 16th and Market in San Diego where fashion finds are affordable and sales benefit programs for homeless youth. City Digz is named after the mammoth tusk unearthed during building excavation. Come in - we know you’ll uncover a look that’s uniquely you! Shoppers can enjoy a selection of inventory of new and used merchandise that is replenished twice a week. About 70 percent of the merchandise is NEW and appeals to a youthful, upscale and urban market. The range of merchandise is as eclectic as the store’s urban décor. Our store offers new affordable fashion for children and adults. Items such as jackets, business attire, fashion accessories, shoes; electronic items; household items from kitchenware to linens and furniture; vintage apparel, used items such as sporting goods, used records and CDs can be found. Remember that sales from City Digz benefit the youth programs at Toussaint Academy San Diego, a partner agency of Father Joe’s Villages. Volunteer Opportunities: There are community service opportunities for high school students who are interested in supporting the teens and the programs at Toussaint Academy San Diego. You can volunteer your time at City Digz as part of your community service hours. As a volunteer you would receive retail sales experience, credit toward their community service hours and the satisfaction of making the difference in the lives of homeless youth. |
